Remote Deposit Troubleshooting
- I clicked on the Remote Deposit link on GTNet but nothing happens, or I get a black or white screen.

I scanned a check but I don’t see the deposit in my account?
- Please be aware of the cut off times: checks scanned and submitted by 3:59 pm C.S.T, will be posted to your account by 5:00 pm C.S.T that same day. Checks submitted after 4:00 pm C.S.T. will be posted the following business day by 9:00 am C.S.T. Checks scanned and submitted during Weekends and Holidays will post to your account the following business day by 9:00 am C.S.T
- If you do not see the deposit posted to your account, go into the “View History” on the Remote Deposit link. If your deposit is listed, there will be a reject reason as to why the check was not deposited. If your deposit is not listed on the “View History” page then the Credit Union did not receive your deposit.
